So You Want  to be a Vendor at the 2010 Milwaukee Irish Fest . . .

Milwaukee Irish Fest, the world’s largest Irish Music and Cultural festival, features over 100 vendors offering a wide variety of products with an Irish/Celtic theme.  These vendors operate out of two unique marketplace locations.

The Grafton Marketplace

Located between the Aer Lingus Music stage and the Miller Lite stage just south of the main gate, the Grafton Marketplace has space for 40 retail vendors in three separate buildings around a quaint town square.

 

The Lilliput Marketplace

This marketplace is located on the north end of the festival grounds. With a capacity for over 50 vendors The Lilliput Marketplace operates out of four spacious, well-lighted tents.

Booth Pricing

For 2010, the price for a 10’ x 12’ booth is $1,600.  At this time Irish Fest does not allow booths to be split between two vendors.

2010

Currently all booths for the 2010 festival are filled.  We do maintain a waiting list for those still interested in becoming a vendor at Irish Fest.

 Vendor submitting applications should be aware all merchandise for sale at Milwaukee Irish Fest must have either an Irish or Celtic theme.

 Currently the vendor waiting is quite long. If a vendor is not returning to Milwaukee Irish Fest, a replacement will be found from the waiting list.  New vendors will have to provide NEW or similar merchandise, in an effort to prevent a duplication of merchandise or products by multiple vendors.

 To submit a request to become a vendor, please e-mail us at irishfestvendors@gmail.com and we will send you an application for you to complete and submit to Milwaukee Irish Fest.  We will respond to your request in approximately 10 business days.
