"What's the Rumpus?"

Congratulations to the contest winner, Amanda Mattefs! Amanda answered all of our trivia questions correctly and was our winner. Amanda won tickets to see Gaelic Storm at the Pabst theatre and got to bang on the cymbals during Gaelic Storm's "Whats the Rumpus Song". Family Passport to Irish Fest

Join in the fun and follow Pirate Paddy as he leads the whole family on an Irish Fest adventure! The Family Passport to Irish Fest, will highlight the top family-oriented activities taking place during the weekend. Kids and parents can pick up a passport at any of the 10 cultural destinations to start their journey – making Irish Fest navigation interactive and easy. Watch for the noteworthy stops on the Family Passport. The Passport will run on Friday from 4-7PM, Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 6PM. Tthe Family Passport program engages children of all ages with new activities and prizes at every location, providing an authentic Irish experience along the way.


Jameson Lounge

The Jameson Lounge, located at the Paddy O West deck on the south end of the grounds, will be open Friday through Sunday for guests 21 years and older.  The Lounge offers attendees with a valid I.D. a place to unwind while enjoying select marks of Jameson Irish Whiskey.  Authentic Irish whiskey tastings will also be available and led by an official Jameson Irish Whiskey ambassador from Ireland.  The tastings will be held at scheduled times through the weekend and by reservation only.  Reservations are $15 per person and will be taken on a first come, first served basis.

College DayCollege Day

Calling All College Students!
Students enrolled in local and regional colleges and universities are invited to College Day at Irish Fest Sunday, August 16. Those who present a valid college student ID at the Main gate only, from 2 – 7 p.m. will receive $3 off the daily ticket price.

Come join Milwaukee Irish Fest in celebrating Where’s Your Paddy? on Thursday, August 13, from 6 – 9 p.m. in the Crossroads Area (just east of the Miller Lite Oasis) on the Irish Fest grounds!

The fourth annual Where’s Your Paddy? is set for another great year living up to its name as Milwaukee’s largest Irish happy hour for young professionals. Imagine an exclusive area where you can socialize and enjoy perks.

2009 Trivia Contest

Fest-goers are invited to participate in the Milwaukee Irish Fest Trivia Contest.  The Contest will take place Saturday at 1:45 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Village Pub on the south end of the grounds.  One winning team will be determined each day and will take home the coveted Irish Fest Trivia Champion T-shirt.
